Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Delivery Options:

• US Shipping: Delivered by Israel Post. 20$

Delivery Options in Israel:

• Cheta to Your Home: Delivered by courier within 4 business days (unless stated otherwise). Cost: 35 NIS. (SMS notification included)
• Chata Box: Delivered to a convenient pickup point near you. Get SMS updates at each stage. Delivery: Up to 5 business days. Cost: 20 NIS.
• Registered Israel Post: Delivery within 7-14 business days. Cost: 15 NIS. (Please note: We are not responsible for delays by Israel Post.)

Pickup Option:

• Free Self-Collection: Available at our studio! Please arrange your arrival in advance: Poalei Tzedek 2, 2nd Floor, Room 322, Talpiot, Jerusalem.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you're not satisfied, we're happy to help! You can exchange your item for another within 14 days:

• The item must be new and unused with original labels and tax invoice.
• Send it to: Aimaga Designs, Poalei Tzedek 2, Talpiot Jerusalem. Include your full name, return address, and phone number.
• We will contact you upon receiving the package to process the exchange.
• Only one exchange per item is allowed. Return shipping costs 20 NIS.

Cancellations & Order Issues:

• For order cancellations (any reason), return the product within 14 days of receipt with original packaging, labels, and an invoice.
• Defective items can only be returned if the defect was present at purchase and not caused by use. In this case, Aimaga Designs will cover replacement shipping.
• Refunds are issued at Aimaga Designs' discretion after inspecting the returned product. Return shipping costs may be deducted.

Store Credit:

• Choose a store credit for a future purchase and receive the full value of your returned item.
• Sale items (50% off or more, or priced 20% or less) are not eligible for exchange.
