These regulations govern your use of the website and any purchases made through it. They form the legal basis for any interaction between you and Aimaga Designs. Please read them carefully in their entirety.

By browsing the website and/or purchasing products offered here, you agree to accept and follow these regulations. If you disagree with any terms, please refrain from using the website.

These regulations are written in feminine language for convenience but apply to both genders. Website use is only permitted to those aged 18 or over with a valid credit card.

Orders & Payment

All listed items can be purchased through the website. However, some additional products and models might be available in physical stores but not online.

To order an item:

Orders & Deliveries

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed for packaging and shipping within 2-5 business days. You'll choose your preferred shipping method during checkout, with corresponding fees displayed:

• Registered Israel Post: 7-14 business days (estimated) - not responsible for postal delays - 20 NIS.
• Courier Delivery (Israel): 5-7 business days - 35 NIS.
• International Delivery: As per postal service rates.
• Free Studio Pickup: Poalei Tzedek 2, Jerusalem.

Products are delivered to the address registered on the website within three business days of full payment. Delivery can take up to 14 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and force majeure or postal delays).

After mailing your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for the Israel Postal Authority website. For further inquiries, contact customer service at 054-7674658.

If an ordered product is out of stock or experiences a delivery delay, you'll be notified by phone or email. Website sales continue until stock depletion.

Aimaga Designs is not responsible for any actions or omissions by entities beyond its control, including the postal authority. Liability for loss and/or damage adheres to Israel Post regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important! If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we're happy to exchange your item for another within 14 days:

• The item must be new and unused, with original labels and a tax invoice.
• Send it to: Aimaga Designs, P.O. Box 53292, Poalei Tzedek 2, Talpiot Jerusalem. Register at 054-7674658.
• Include your full name, return address, and phone number in the package. We'll contact you upon receiving it to process the exchange.
• Only one exchange per item is allowed. Return shipping costs apply.

For order cancellations, regardless of reason, return the product within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging with labels and unused. Include the original tax invoice.

Defective product returns are only possible if the defect was present at purchase and not caused by use. In this case, Aimaga Designs will cover replacement shipping costs.

Refunds are issued at Aimaga Designs' discretion after inspecting the returned product. Return shipping costs may be deducted.

Store Credit

Opt for store credit for a future purchase and receive the full value of your returned item. Sale items (discounted 50% or more or priced 20% or less) are not eligible for exchange.

Prices

Website prices include legally required taxes like VAT at the set rates. Aimaga Designs reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. Price changes won't apply to completed orders before the change, even if the product hasn't been delivered.

Products & Warranty

Aimaga Designs strives for accurate product descriptions and photos. However, consider potential changes and color differences due to photographic equipment, conditions, viewing devices, etc. Images are for illustration only. Aimaga Designs is not liable for discrepancies between website pictures and actual products or product description errors.

Products are sold on an "as-is" basis without customer adjustments.

Privacy & Confidentiality

1. Aimaga Designs is committed to protecting customer privacy. We will not share your details beyond the purpose for which they were provided and will not transfer them to a third party without permission.

By entering your details and using the website, you consent to receiving occasional information and promotional materials from Aimaga Designs about website promotions, new products, etc., through various channels, including mobile phone, email, Facebook, etc. You may also be invited to join Aimaga's customer club at their discretion.

• Aimaga Designs reserves the right to cancel a sale at its sole discretion if it believes it could cause harm (e.g., incorrect price due to a typo, wrong product description, inaccurate image).

• In case of a website malfunction preventing use or delaying order fulfillment, all mentioned timeframes will be extended by the duration of the downtime.
• Choice of Law: Any legal proceedings, inquiries, or lawsuits arising from the website and/or orders will be settled exclusively in the competent court of Tel Aviv.
