These regulations govern your use of the website and any purchases made through it. They form the legal basis for any interaction between you and Aimaga Designs. Please read them carefully in their entirety.
By browsing the website and/or purchasing products offered here, you agree to accept and follow these regulations. If you disagree with any terms, please refrain from using the website.
These regulations are written in feminine language for convenience but apply to both genders. Website use is only permitted to those aged 18 or over with a valid credit card.
Orders & Payment
All listed items can be purchased through the website. However, some additional products and models might be available in physical stores but not online.
To order an item:

Orders & Deliveries
Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed for packaging and shipping within 2-5 business days. You'll choose your preferred shipping method during checkout, with corresponding fees displayed:
- International Delivery: As per postal service rates.
- Free Studio Pickup: Poalei Tzedek 2, Jerusalem.
Products are delivered to the address registered on the website within three business days of full payment. Delivery can take up to 14 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and force majeure or postal delays).
After mailing your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for the Israel Postal Authority website. For further inquiries, contact customer service at 054-7674658.
If an ordered product is out of stock or experiences a delivery delay, you'll be notified by phone or email. Website sales continue until stock depletion.
Imaga Designs is not responsible for any actions or omissions by entities beyond its control, including the postal authority. Liability for loss and/or damage adheres to Israel Post regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges: For order cancellations (for any reason), please return the product within 14 days of receipt with the original packaging, tags, and invoice. Defective items may only be returned if the defect was present at the time of purchase and not caused by use. Refunds are issued at Imaga Designs' discretion upon inspection of the returned product. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Store Credit
Opt for store credit for a future purchase and receive the full value of your returned item. Sale items (discounted 50% or more or priced 20% or less) are not eligible for exchange.
Prices
Website prices include legally required taxes like VAT at the set rates. Aimaga Designs reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. Price changes won't apply to completed orders before the change, even if the product hasn't been delivered.
Products & Warranty
Aimaga Designs strives for accurate product descriptions and photos. However, consider potential changes and color differences due to photographic equipment, conditions, viewing devices, etc. Images are for illustration only. Aimaga Designs is not liable for discrepancies between website pictures and actual products or product description errors.
Products are sold on an "as-is" basis without customer adjustments.

Miscellaneous
- Imaga Designs reserves the right to cancel a sale at its sole discretion if it believes it could cause harm (e.g., incorrect price due to a typo, wrong product description, inaccurate image).
- Imaga Designs reserves the right to modify these regulations as deemed necessary.
- In case of a website malfunction preventing use or delaying order fulfillment, all mentioned timeframes will be extended by the duration of the downtime.
- Choice of Law: Any legal proceedings, inquiries, or lawsuits arising from the website and/or orders will be settled exclusively in the competent court of Tel Aviv.
